I am currently trying to create a new starter process with Microsoft Forms/Flow and Sharepoint. One feature that would make this process work a lot better would be to enable the initial Form to have some of the information pre-populated so when it is submitted the information can be linked to existing data in Sharepoint. It seems this is a requirement that others have found lacking in Forms at the moment
Powershell Following a recent re-brand of our charity the Marketing team distributed a number of new template documents to various teams throughout the organisation and it wasnt until after this had happened that I discovered the blank Word template they had issued was over 26MB !
Basically they had dropped a full page high resolution image onto the document to create the header and footer that resulted in a huge template.

Just discovered that you can change individual folder permissions in Sharepoint Groups Document Library using the Manage Access panel. I had been under the impression that to make changes like this you needed to drop into the Advanced Permissions settings ( something that most of the users in my organisation would not cope with easily ).
