Apple have admitted that the widely discussed “freezing” issue with new Intel iMacs is in fact an issue and have said they are working on a fix but as yet no timescales for when this will be released are known.

So it looks like the iPod Touch has been successfully compromised by Hacker toc2rta who has gained root access to the player by exploiting the TIFF vulnerability in Mobile Safari.
