ArsTechnica reviews are usually quite fair in my experience, but in this review I think I would have to seriously question Nate Andersons bias. To be fair he does quite a good job of highlighting the many flaws in the Zune, from the poor software install experience through to the limitations of the Zune music store ( no video, no podcasts ), but then in his conclusion he gives the Zune a score of 7 out of 10 !

And the bug reports keep flooding in, in this article on AranWorld the author reports that when trying to import his existing MP3’s into the Zune music library it failed to import 2,400 out of a total of 3,000 tracks. This is pretty poor even by Microsoft standards.

Well they do say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, and that being the case there are obviously lots of folk out there who are flattering Apples OS X !
